July 2024 this Tops pharmacy is sooo fast at filling prescriptions. I’ve been using Ithaca downtown Wegman’s Pharmacy for a year, and they’re great helpful staff there, but it can also take days for refills, and at least 1-3 hours if you call directly. I’ve received texts from them that my meds are ready, and when I arrive that same day I still have to wait 15-30 min. for them to finish. Extremely extra friendly and caring staff (Hi Penny! Hi Tina!) and SUPER FAST on filling new prescriptions and refills. I like the text notifications to let me know my order is ready. They are great about proactively handling insurance issues (so I don't have to!) and have helped me a couple of times when I had to pay out of pocket -- to make sure I paid the lowest price possible.
