July 2024 this Tops pharmacy is sooo fast at filling prescriptions. I’ve been using Ithaca downtown Wegman’s Pharmacy for a year, and they’re great helpful staff there, but it can also take days for refills, and at least 1-3 hours if you call directly. I’ve received texts from them that my meds are ready, and when I arrive that same day I still have to wait 15-30 min. for them to finish.
