Good selection, but prices are too high to put up with rude staff. I always try to shop local and small, but when a business does not train it's staff on how to deal with the public without insulting them, it makes it so much easier to go elsewhere. Check out online reviews like Yelp and others and you will find that this is not an isolated incident for this business. Maybe they just don't care.....
I have shopped here since I was able to earn an allowance. A soda here and there and a snack on my way home. They have a top notch selection of everything. If they don't have it- that will do their best to order it for you.
This place is gold. Tops always has new tequilas to add to my collection. The staff is very knowledgable. The store is relaxed and casual. Lots of specials on liquors.

Fantastic Selection Tops has the best selection of liquor in the East Valley. They have the best whiskeys and tequilas available and wines and beers from around the world. Their staff is helpful and knowledgeable. This is the place to go for that hard-to-find drink.
