I was called this past Sunday re a CL ad for a position via Tops so called solutions. No prob being a Sunday was cooking however Jean spoke with me for approx 30 min re the job details and if was able to work Sundays as the post read. Yes. It occured to me that perhaps he had a quota to meet? I had said my resume was not up to date, was not a good resume... but it did not matter he wanted to see me bc two ppl did not show for the interview and 1 person he did not feel was right for the job. Harley was amazing! She helped me feel at ease doing the prints. The place is professional and moves quickly through the process.
Very unprofessional. I called and they told me that they had a job for me, after sending my resume many times Jean told me "I'm not suitable for this job" LOL., my resume shows 10 years of experience and plus. Jean actually wants me again to send a different resume because he didn't like it the way it looks. They should have a professional person that really wants to help to get a job. Don't waste your time going there.
