Ladies room was atrocious. 3 out of 4 stalls were unusable-dirty, unsanitary and plunger abandoned in the handicap stall. The only useable one had no toilet paper. One paper towel dispenser has been broken for a while and the other one was empty. A roll was perched on the sink. You had to use wet hands to rip off a piece rendering the next section wet and contaminated. And my number one complaint, the "hot " water has NEVER been more than tepid.
