Beautiful new store. Great selection. BUT, the cashier we had couldn’t care less that she was bagging our items. Literally was NOT LOOKING at what she scanned or put in the bags. We had more than enough bags to get us through our order, but since she didn’t put the effort in to pack them right, we got stuck PAYING for some paper bags. She was more preoccupied with giving a coworker free shirts. RecommendedI went to self checkout.i couldn't get my eggs to scan.associate scanned my entire cart.then I had alot of one's.associate took them so I didnt have to stand their all day loading them into machine.very friendly awesome customer service.shop tops. Wal-Mart 🇨🇳 boycott.
most of the employees at Tops don't know how to put a mask on correctly. They leave it off their nose. It's a respiratory virus! Nose is part of the respiratory system!

There is a young person that works in the deli that finds it acceptable to yell and curse inside the store every time I go near the deli. He claims I cursed at him and threw things, but he’s a complete liar. I quit a job and will take my shopping elsewhere since the managers thinks it’s ok to allow this type of behavior!
was just in store, sign states masks must be worn. Several people in store NO masks, not one employee, whom were working in produce and can see people walking in said anything to them. NOT going in there any longer
During this virus i can not shop at a supermarket in which wearing a mask is not required for all customers and employees. My wife has underlying health issues . If I was to come back home with the virus I caught while shopping at Tops it could mean a death sentence for my wife. I have to know that the store I am shopping Is concerned about my family's and my health not just profit.
RecommendedI was at tops today and I must say the young gentleman cleaning the carts and sanitizing we’re doing an awesome job very thorough! And the specials were great today.
