ZERO STARS SHOULD BE AN OPTION! I have complained to the state of Texas, HHS twice now: to get TOPS to bill--first complaint helped manage that--and again because they will NOT REFUND ME MY OVERPAYMENT. This is not a small amount of money--it's over $450. I have been given the run around that it's pending since October, 2024, then December, 2024, then recently March 30 it would be in two weeks. Go there only if you are ready to pay a thousand or two right out of pocket. They don't care what your insurance is about and etc. It's ok to send a bill for 1200 $ just for a checkup procedure. At the end it looks like a SCAM, not like a real service.
I am beyond appalled at how rude the front staff is. I walked in and was not greeted and stood in front of 3 individuals for 5+ minutes and none of them acknowledged my presence. The Willowbrook location was so polite and professional I will never come back to this location.
The building and staff have always been great. Their billing department is whole other issue. I have been waiting in a refund since November. They said they refunded it back to my card in February but. I don't know who they actually gave it to. Their costomer service is awful. Not sure what else to do. I want my money back!!!
Same experience as other reviews regarding the billing process. Took almost 1 year to straighten out. The eob’s from my insurance company were never posted correctly. Called & talked to customer “no service” rep that would say I’ll let the back office know. Never happened. There is no one to email. Finally went into the tops breast center at vision park and gave them 3 eob’s to send to tops at red oak. Girl at front desk was nice & scanned them & sent to red oak tops. Finally checked my stmt online & it was correct!
