Stay away! If they owe you a refund you will NEVER see it. Very unethical billing dept. They out source the billing, and they are aware that they owe you a refund, but continue to give the run around. It’s been almost a year of this. The locations refuse to help. I will never use Tops again. I have been going here for almost 20 years. Take my advice and move on to someone else!
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I will never return. The staff was rude and unwelcoming.
Came here for a mammogram. The building is very old, the office is dark and depressing. No lockers for your clothes, you throw all your stuff in a plastic bag and carry it with you. For what is already an unpleasant experience, do yourself a favor and go to literally any other location that offers a much nicer, relaxing spa-like experience rather than this place.
ZERO STARS SHOULD BE AN OPTION! I have complained to the state of Texas, HHS twice now: to get TOPS to bill--first complaint helped manage that--and again because they will NOT REFUND ME MY OVERPAYMENT. This is not a small amount of money--it's over $450. I have been given the run around that it's pending since October, 2024, then December, 2024, then recently March 30 it would be in two weeks.
