Paid extra money to have rims and tires cleaned. By the time the staff told me my car was ready, I asked about the rims and tires. Only then did they do it. I went to the front desk and the attendant told me "most cleaners don't speak English and they probably misread your ticket. It was a human error." That's not human error, that's fraud, in my books!

I will never return. For approximately 20 years I have been using the service here. I have noticed the quality slipping over the last 10 years. But today was the worst. I paid ~$55 for the full car wash/vacuum, etc. The car came back with dirty water stains all over the car. The dash and console were not cleaned properly. Then, they charged me an additional $10 to vacuum the trunk. The tires were not cleaned. The rims were not touched. There was not even armor all applied to the tires. I visited today and service was quick and awesome. I purchased the Super Clean and my car was spotless when everything was complete. Very impressed! I highly recommend.

Excellent service, they did a great job on the deep clean of my car. It was ready in record time as well.
