5pm (Dinner time) on Wednesday July 2, 2025. After ordering, they said "We don't have no ribs right now.". Waste of time.
The Top of the line! Time is an indicator of a great number of things - but extended time in the food service industry shortens those things into being simply ... Good. Food.
Very disappointed. I asked for a pulled pork sandwich for my kiddo with nothing on it and got a cheeseburger with everything on it and it was burnt. I ordered a brisket plate, but I got to the window and was told they were out of brisket so I got ribs instead. They were burnt as well with no meat on them.. I literally only had my sides to eat.. definitely not worth paying over $30…
Cashier was nice but food was horrible. Fries were overcooked with grease bits, sandwich was cold, asked for Hot sauce and received mild. Asked for unsweetened tea and received sweet tea. Wasted my entire lunch period and money. Just Nasty. Hire people who will actually take the time to read and properly prepare food for your customers. How could any cook look at that and serve it to someone. Had to throw it all away. Totally unacceptable.
