I ordered a cheeseburger and the meat was pink inside, even though I asked for it to be well done. I drove back to Tops, spoke with the manager, and they remade it, but when I got home, the burger was still undercooked. Very disappointing. Please check your food before you leave, as it seems they’re not cooking burgers to a safe temperature.
I normally love Tops. I've been here multiple times! It's always been great. Great food and great service. Today I had an online order. When I arrive the manager or lead came to the window and was very rude. She just aggressively said, "pull up". So I did. My food was ready pretty quickly. It was all cold. Burger and fries were both cold. I love their burgers!! Not this time. Poor customer service and cold food. Not a good combination. I won't be going back to this location. I'll go to the one on Poplar near my work.
"Chasity" working the drive-thru has exceptional customer service skills! Her voice dialect, pronunciation and pleasant demeanor, is to be commended by business on this day of 9/27/25 at 2pm. RDG
