I won a raffle for the right to purchase a pair of **** ********* OGs. I paid the invoice, then a day later was told they ran out of my size, but they have the same pair in a different size available if interested. I was, so they asked me to pay a second invoice and assured me they would return the funds for the first pair. Twelve days later, I still await my refund and the shoes. Company took payment but never shipped shoes, contacted customer service multiple time with promises the shoe would ship by end of day - nothing!Then after a while radio silence, customer service would not pick up phone or respond to emails.I would not recommend doing business with them.
Terrible. Bought pants there that didn't fit, and they made me pay for the return, which is what it is... So they tell me they're refunding me, and I hear nothing for 6 days. Then I email them, and they told me they didn't receive them, and told me they couldn't issue a refund without a tracking number! Don't bother!
