I can't review TopRx overall and it's clear their website has many issues but my salesperson Melanie is outstanding and by far the best experience I've had dealing with a medical supply company. She helped me navigate the account opening process with efficiency and grace. 5 stars!
After multiple calls and turning Melanie away numerous times, I finally gave Melanie a chance to explain who TopRx in which she stated multiple times that we are NOT a pharmacy but rather a wholesaler where pharmacies buy from us. I stopped to listen to what she had to say, and I am glad I did because now I see the cost savings buying directly from the wholesaler, TopRx. I routinely work with Melanie and she has been absolutely fantastic. I hope TopRX knows how lucky they are to have her. It’s very rare to have sales reps who are as responsive as she is. I went out of my way to use TopRX not only because of their pricing, but because Melanie is a doll.
