Topps Music Service, and Ron in particular, made our New Year's Eve social a huge success! From the time we first reached out, Ron was professional and efficient. We received a sheet to fill out that included details like song choice and the event timing, and Ron followed it perfectly. We hired Topps Music Service for our wedding and they absolutely exceeded our expectations! From start to finish, everything was perfectly timed and right on cue. Ron was incredibly professional and really listened to what we wanted for our special day. The music selection was spot-on, they played exactly what we requested and knew how to read the room to keep everyone dancing. The vibe they created was fantastic throughout the entire evening. We hired DJ Ron for our daughter’s Sweet 16, and we couldn’t be happier with his service. From the start, Ron made himself available for a planning meeting and accommodated all our requests in the Music Planner, the Event Timeline, and the playlist our daughter created. On the day of the event, Ron was punctual, arriving exactly on time with all the necessary, high-quality equipment. My husband and I got the social/wedding package from Topps. Throughout the planning process, Ron was very quick to respond and easy to work with. We were very happy and impressed with both James, who was the DJ at our social, and with Ron, who did our wedding. They followed our schedule and music planner perfectly. Dance floors were packed both nights with a good mix of music. We've received nothing but great reviews for our dance parties!
