The owners wife is still stuck in the older generation. she really makes working for them miserable. maybe if they actually hired somebody it would be a lot better to be employed there. :)
I was quoted a price based off est square footage. None of furniture was moved and when I called to ask why I was told that’s not included. I have never had to ask for a couch to be moved when getting carpets shampooed. I asked them to come back and redo the work and was called 2 days they were to come back and told they couldn’t come and they would call me when they could. I asked for a refund and was told that they don’t move furniture unless asked to and then they charge more for that and that they would talk about giving... read more
