I needed a vertical trim piece for my 2017 Flagstaff V-Lite trailer. With it being 10 years old I figured the chances of finding it were slim to none. Our experience felt personal and they listen to the customer. Detailed to info they provide, transparency and followed our flow. We had a terrible experience with this RV dealership today. We drove from Katy, Texas to Waller, Texas in two vehicles because we were seriously considering purchasing a trailer and wanted to be prepared in case we needed to tow one back home. The salesperson, Robby, knew we were coming that morning to look at a specific unit. When we arrived, Robby immediately handed us off to Makayla, who did not seem prepared and had very little knowledge of the trailer we were there to see.
