I order from here ALL the time. I usually get a cauliflower crust pizza as I’m gluten intolerant, and this time I was given regular crust. I didn’t realize until I had eaten some of the pizza, and now have serious stomach pains. Won’t be ordering from here anymore if I can’t even trust that my order will be right. It’s not a small mess up when someone has stomach issues and can’t digest certain foods.

Does not deliver to downtown Hamilton (10-15min drive in the same city) for the past 5 years. Customer service is a dislocated call center that will not give you the contact information for the actual store. Management thus has zero accountability for their actions. Tried to ask customer service how I could redeem a gift card through one of their third-party services like Uber eats or Doordash, and was told they couldn't help me. Absolutely terrible business model.

Pizza was under cooked and the wings were small and not great. Soggy food all around. EDIT: after sending an email to your customer support as suggested by their reply, and several follow ups you left me wanting to leave this company with 0 stars if I could. 9 emails later and you solved nothing, if only you made my impression of this company as one who doesn't care about the customer experience, they're all about the money. TLDR: will not return. Will not support this chain in the future. Do not reccomend
