I had a wonderful experience, very friendly staff willing to go above and beyond to make sure I was happy with braids I had done. When I returned for a very extreme hair change from long to short with a side shave it ended up being the most amazing and favourite hairstyle I've had yet. Even growing out my hair lays amazing. I cannot say enough great things about the staff and relaxed environment.
Definitely customer oriented. The staff are very friendly and talented. The atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming. We highly recommend Toppers Salon, for whatever your hairstyling needs.
Officially my new permanent barber. I’ve been to every barber shop in town and out of them all, toppers hair salon & down home barbershop, has the best environment, customer service and technical expertise. This is not a paid review, they’re the real deal and you have to check them out!
I had a appointment with Lisa to give my hair a big chop. My hair was down to my lower back, and Lisa cut it off to my shoulders. As a new mom in her late 20s, I really needed the refresh of a good haircut and Lisa did just that! She gave me exactly what I wanted, and made sure she talked it through with me so we were both on the same page. After initially not being satisfied by my first cut and colouring, I brought up my concerns with the salon and their response was incredible. I was able to go back in to get things touched up and redone in line with my original vision, and was very impressed with the salon’s dedication to ensuring you leave feeling your best. Ashley coloured and styled my hair perfectly and I was extremely happy with the results.
