Rafa and the Service department did an outstanding job going above and beyond helping us today!! We had an issue with our leveling system and Rafa took the time to walk us over the phone through several troubleshooting steps to try to figure out the problem. Since things weren’t working and we were just down the road from Topper’s, he had us bring it in and diagnosed the problem immediately - blown fuses on the stabilizer jacks. The quality of a dealership shows up when things go wrong. In April we had brake work, roof resealed, and gray water tank repaired on our 20 ft. K-Z200. In June, we headed toward Durango, Colorado. About 4 days into our trip we had major brake problems and had to have one set of brakes replaced again. We contacted Topper RV about the problem and they said they would take care of it when we returned to the Houston area. I called to inquire about a Toy hauler I found on Toppers web page. I spoke to Xsavier one of the most helpful and polite salesman i have had the pleasure of working with. The whole purchase of this RV was done over the phone and every question I had about the unit if he didn't already know he personally went and checked on it with me on phone or gave me a call back as soon as he found out. We have never put as much trust as we did in Xsavier to make a major purchase site unseen as it was 5+ hour 1 way drive to took at unit.... read more
