Randy is probably the lowest, bottom of the barrel kind of human you can find. I wouldve texted him this but... he blocked me! Right after he sold me a car. Randy sold me a 1999 Rav 4, mentioned no issues whatsoever, it looked like a good deal. He even gave me a few hundred off!
