Topp Construction (Brandon) is one of the most dishonest companies I have ever had the misfortune to work with. We paid them $1500 just to find out if our project was feasible or not. We decided not to go w/them since they gave us an estimate that was almost $100,000 more than what we told them we could pay. Months later we received a bill for $6700.
