I used to live in an apartment complex that uses this company, moved 2 weeks ago. I am planning to call them for a quote as I have seen bugs around the house. Amazing service! When I lived in the apartment all bugs appeared dead. Year where crickets were all over town… all dead as soon as they crawled inside the place. Once a spider appeared on the ceiling and they arrived next day to spray again: problem solved. Excellent service. The lady on the phone is extremely nice and the Technicians are polite and respectful
We had a terrible experience with this business. We scheduled an appointment for pest control between 3:00-5:00 p.m., but no one showed up. My husband rearranged his schedule and left work early to be home for when they arrived, which ended up being a complete waste of his time, because they never came. To make matters worse, when we tried to contact them to find out what was going on, no one answered. We are very disappointed and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.
