Exactly what we needed on a 20 degree day in the city.. stick to your ribs home made food.. Saul our server and Richard our busser were top notch attentive, knowledgeable as was all the staff . The three of us ate here Saturday night @ 9:00pm. I was intrigued by the name of the restaurant. Being Italian I recall liking Topo Gigio as a kid and saw the place had good reviews so we gave it a try. I cannot understand how this place has ANY good reviews. Our server was an angry old man who apparently was up past his bedtime, quite rude and short. We had calamari and bruschetta apps which were both terrible.
