This was my first time at the Spa at Topnotch, and my experience was so different from what I envisioned that it feels important to leave a review in the hopes that it helps others. My partner and I were expecting the spa to be a tranquil place to relax and destress. I have been here multiple times to access the spa. Each time I’ve enjoyed myself, however this past experience that I had was a bit different. First, I would like to point out that the hot tub in the women’s lounge is lukewarm, and only a couple of the jets work. There are only two restrooms in the lounge/locker area. Both bathrooms were visibly dirty, and there was blood on the ground in one. The key cards to access the lounge as well as get inside also tend to not work from time to time.
