I made appointment, arrived 8 minutes earlier, even after 40 minutes of my appointment, I am still waiting. What is the point of having appointments? No one tells me when will the dentist come. Just wait! Your time is valuable, so it’s mine. If I am late 30 minutes for a dentist appointment, I usually asked to reschedule and I usually also need to pay for wasting of that time slot. Topline Family Dental offers excellent service from start to finish. The staff is professional, kind, and incredibly attentive. They take the time to explain everything clearly and make you feel comfortable throughout your visit. The quality of care is outstanding, and you can truly tell they value their patients. I got my braces on at Topline Specialty Dental, and just a couple of weeks ago, I had them removed. The overall experience was extremely comfortable and professional. The staff took care of me really well, and they made sure to be super accommodating to me. They made sure I was comfortable, and they worked very fast. Shout out to Dr. Rathi for her excellent work. I was in there recently. The staff was nice but I felt the place was dirty. The floors were filthy!! I didn't want to put my purse down. The chair I was sitting in had custom plastic over the end of the dental chair. It was a clear covering I ran my finger across the plastic. You uo could see my finger mark. I asked for a pair of glasses to cover my eyes and they were dirty and smudged. This is not the first time I was there and each time it was dirty. 4 stars for the staff. Outstanding experience! Great ambience and terrific service. Office is impeccably clean, well decorated and inviting. Staff are super nice, courteous, responsive and meticulous in explaining the treatment plan. Doctor is very pleasant, professional, diligent, caring and fantastic attention to details. One stop multi-speciality dental office with Dentists, Orthodontist, Periodontist etc for convenience. Easy to make appointments. An excellent dental practice!!
