I was in there recently. The staff was nice but I felt the place was dirty. The floors were filthy!! I didn't want to put my purse down. The chair I was sitting in had custom plastic over the end of the dental chair. It was a clear covering I ran my finger across the plastic. You uo could see my finger mark. I asked for a pair of glasses to cover my eyes and they were dirty and smudged. This is not the first time I was there and each time it was dirty. 4 stars for the staff. Outstanding experience! Great ambience and terrific service. Office is impeccably clean, well decorated and inviting. Staff are super nice, courteous, responsive and meticulous in explaining the treatment plan. Doctor is very pleasant, professional, diligent, caring and fantastic attention to details. One stop multi-speciality dental office with Dentists, Orthodontist, Periodontist etc for convenience. Easy to make appointments. An excellent dental practice!!
I had acute Gingivitis and Gum receding issues . After taking quotes from various Dental Service Providers , I picked TOPLINE Family Dental and they introduced me to Dr Jingyuanfan. She did a comprehensive examination and explained the treatment including the gum surgery procedure and assured me of saving my teeth leaving my gums as far as possible. First off! What a beautiful place. Very clean! Got an appointment same day. Very quick registration. All online. Dental assistants were very nice. Dentist made me feel very comfortable and at ease even though I absolutely hate the dentist. Had not gone in many many years, horrible I know. Will be back. She gave me wonderful advice and a absolutely great cleaning! Will be back and will gladly suggest to everyone! B
