If you believe you are being overcharged, stand up for yourself and advocate for a fair price. It’s your money, and you deserve to pay a reasonable amount.
I previously had a great experience here, but today was horrible. First, we had a 9 am appt and no one was there at 9. Finally the front desk staff showed up, but told us it would be 15 minutes for the nail tech. I asked if we can go to their other location to be see immediately because it is homecoming and she has hair and makeup appointments. She called but they told her no. They charge twice and they act dumb, they don’t give you the money back. They will take your money and treat you horrible they don’t do a good job on your nails, they also charge you for your drink don’t let them fool you. I was over charged.
I decided to come to topline NAILS two days before my wedding it the nail technician took wonderful care of me and my sister and the best man and his daughter. We honestly had the best time! Service was great Ken was very detailed in my nails and I just absolutely love them! Not to mention I was a walk-in I didn’t have an appointment or a specific person in mind to do my nails, but everything turned out great and I cannot wait for my wedding. Thank you top line nails!!!
I visited this salon with high expectations, believing they were professional. I work in the beauty industry myself, and any colleague will tell you that sometimes we just want to treat ourselves without doing our own services. I chose this place because beyond the “luxury” appearance, I believed they had trained and professional staff, and the prices are quite high.
