I recently visited Topline Nails & Lashes for a manicure and pedicure, and I must say that I was extremely impressed with the service and the results. The salon was clean and inviting, and the staff was friendly and professional. I opted for a gel manicure and my technician did an excellent job. The polish was applied evenly and lasted for weeks without chipping. The prices are overly inflated, and don’t be deceived by the advertised $10 discount—there isn't one. It's simply included in the nail service price, meaning you are essentially paying full price. If you believe you are being overcharged, stand up for yourself and advocate for a fair price. It’s your money, and you deserve to pay a reasonable amount.

I previously had a great experience here, but today was horrible. First, we had a 9 am appt and no one was there at 9. Finally the front desk staff showed up, but told us it would be 15 minutes for the nail tech. I asked if we can go to their other location to be see immediately because it is homecoming and she has hair and makeup appointments. She called but they told her no. They charge twice and they act dumb, they don’t give you the money back. They will take your money and treat you horrible they don’t do a good job on your nails, they also charge you for your drink don’t let them fool you. I was over charged.
