Had to call multiple times to get an update on my title status.I had not been contacted about the status of the title transfer throughout the 45 day tag process! No one answers the number posted online. I just want the title transferred. Bad communication! After my tags had expired I still had not received any title from the company. I had to go to the title bureau and request a duplicate. Even though I paid this company for all of that to be done for me!
