The person who was driving did not take us everywhere and then dropped us off before the time we rented the limo for in a very rude fashion. They told us we could wait inside the place and then he left, making us wait outside in the cold for 30 minutes.
The worst service ever! I paid $600 for less than two hours. The driver wouldn’t even take the kids to the places that I had requested. He had agreed to take them there and never did. Then came back and drop them off over 40 minutes early. They were waiting outside for their parents to pick them up. I would never use the service again nor would I ever recommend this limousine company.
I had the pleasure of meeting the owner. Very pleased with my experience. The owner cares a lot about his business and providing quality service to his customers. I am looking forward to using this business in the future. Thank you again!
