They sell China junk furnace that don't work. I have to call them every week just to have heat its crazy. Bought a brand new furnace why should it be like this.please don't by the media furnace nothing but problems. Top line is bottom line company.

Two nice young with no oil furnace experience were sent to install our brand new furnace. They made some mistakes and we are without heat and there is no good resolution in sight. We were promised a new chimney. It did not happen. We were promised a smart thermostat. We did not get one. The salesman (Chad) made promises that have NOT been delivered.
