Workers were awesome! Once installed and paid we felt we were blown off. Our units were put in and rushed and should have waited to finish another day. It was a holiday weekend and they were from Pennsylvania and wanted to get home. We understand that. They never explained on how to use units. Our salesman, Chad gave us a lot of lies about product. Long story short, this company, which I'd hired for a furnace replacement and an AC installation, left me without heat for a good, solid week. On the worst day, the outside temperature was 8 degrees, and inside my residence, it was 42. NOT comfortable! Moreover, repeated phone calls did not produce a reply, let alone an apology. These are not nice people. Avoid.
