Run, don't walk from this company. $20,000 invested. After several times coming back in the winter and freezing in below weather for several days they finally figured out and replaced unit. Not to mention because of malfunction my electric bill doubled. They put white duct on my brown house. Yes, it was on the contract, but the salesman (CHAD) never told us there were colors. Workers were awesome! Once installed and paid we felt we were blown off. Our units were put in and rushed and should have waited to finish another day. It was a holiday weekend and they were from Pennsylvania and wanted to get home. We understand that. They never explained on how to use units. Our salesman, Chad gave us a lot of lies about product. Long story short, this company, which I'd hired for a furnace replacement and an AC installation, left me without heat for a good, solid week. On the worst day, the outside temperature was 8 degrees, and inside my residence, it was 42. NOT comfortable! Moreover, repeated phone calls did not produce a reply, let alone an apology. These are not nice people. Avoid.
