My wife and I complained of a bad smell when they first did the initial service. My house sunk for 2 days and my wife, my dogs, and myself had to vacate the premises. Worst customer service ever. They try to stretch it so that way. The one year of parts service is done.So you get stuck with the bill.When their machine breaks, do not hire them at all
I really wanted to go with this company. The price was fair and I initially felt confident with what was explained that would be done. On installation day, 3 very young guys showed up. I had them explain what would be done and they did not seem confident at all about the job. I only had to give a star to be able to write a review. I got mine last summer in August. So I had no clue that it would be this crappy, until this summer. I swear ever 2 weeks they have to come check it because my air stops working good. Its alway 3-4○ difference from the temperature i have it set on. Hotter.
