I priced 4 different companies about installing a heat pump for my house Topline by far gave me the best price and service. I met Bruce first who came out on Saturday walked me through the whole installation while answering my multiple questions. I told him what I was looking to do so that he could set me up on the best position to achieve my goal. I bought a heatpump unit about 4 yrs ago. 2 years after that it had to be replaced. Since then every summer or winter I have to call for someone to come out to work on the unit. This past month I had to call them 3 times for someone to come out and work on it. 3 weeks ago it was the inside thermostat that the tec said was wired wrong.
