I had my heating unit replaced at the end of March, which connects to my AC. Now that my AC is on, all the Freon has leaked out of my AC unit. My wife and I complained of a bad smell when they first did the initial service. My house sunk for 2 days and my wife, my dogs, and myself had to vacate the premises. The wife was very sick for a week. No I've been leaving messages and no one is calling back. My brother in law is a service contractor and has checked these things out. Worst customer service ever. They try to stretch it so that way. The one year of parts service is done.So you get stuck with the bill.When their machine breaks, do not hire them at all

I really wanted to go with this company. The price was fair and I initially felt confident with what was explained that would be done. On installation day, 3 very young guys showed up. I had them explain what would be done and they did not seem confident at all about the job. They each looked like they didn’t want to appropriately complete the job, and began talking about how convoluted it would be and aesthetically not good. I only had to give a star to be able to write a review. I got mine last summer in August. So I had no clue that it would be this crappy, until this summer. I swear ever 2 weeks they have to come check it because my air stops working good. Its alway 3-4○ difference from the temperature i have it set on. Hotter. The guy that comes out to check it always has some lame excuse, as to why he thinks its not working right. And every time says he had to put more coolant in it? Okay, well where is it going? Direct quote from my BBB complaint Direct quote from my BBB complaint. Next stop Atty General and if necessary, court. Complaint: New Furnace and Central air installed in November 2025. Approx Jan 2026 Furnace quit. Waited 6-8 weeks for part. Then spring came. A/C has not worked at all. Numerous calls for service, waiting approx 2 weeks between each call for technician to come.
