Top line worked with us on everything, they were super nice and respectful when installing. They installed four units in one day, and were in the rain and cold. Every time they came in they wore little booties(i had told them it was okay it was already muddy on the floor from the dogs) but they insisted on wearing them. They put up with pur dogs wanting their attention and the kids too. I couldnt even begin to explain how much these units are worth it. Do not use them service and install is so bad they messed up my gas lines left me with no heat and hot watter and now after installers said they have to have a electrician come and swap a breaker no charge untill than nothing works...now we have to pay for that service even tho the person that came from top line should have seen that and added it in the quote did not...why do I have to pay for that now.... customer service no call backs or answers no management call back like I asked for 4 times...they push cheep units and a... read more

Salesman Mike came to give me an estimate on a new outdoor unit install he wouldn’t give us the final price after many times of asking when we went over the price I told him i needed 2 days to make a decision on the install and he said he could not wait and we had to do it instantly as he was there, he gave an attitude after my response so I told him to leave my home and didn’t want to work with this company. Worst salesman I’ve experienced in my life.

We met with Landon, he patiently listened to our situation and had a very positive demeanor. He was knowledgeable and presented several options and explained the pros and cons of each option. We had a very good experience.
