I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND you do not go with this company. After what I’ve experienced and then I look at the reviews it confirms it all how is this place operating ! I think they have a big lawsuit on there tail after the amount of angry people coming at this company with incomplete work and so fourth. A lawyer & judge is going to have it all laid out in front of them.

Brandon S. Came out and replaced our thermostat on the weekend. They could have made us wait until a regular business day. Considering the frigid temps, we were very grateful for all communication to get this issue resolved. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about everything. Awesome!!

Purchased the ductless split system 12/19/25. VERY disappointed. It's currently 12 degrees and I sit here with a blanket and Poncho blanket. I really do feel like I got ripped off. $20,000.00. I've called to have them return, made appt., they had to cancel for another emergency. I asked why mine wasn't an emergency? Called my salesperson Chad, he told me he was driving home in a storm and would call me when he got home. This is after I called him and told them why my appt. was so far out and my situation.
