Topline Heating and Air installed a system that apparently was estimated wrong for the size of my space. in order for the sales “professional” to collect his commission. He offered a cheaper 3 x 12k BTU plan when when it should have been 3 x 18k for my needs. I asked several times were his estimates correct as my residence has many windows (drafty) and a very warm 3rd floor bedroom that should be accounted for. This company, out of Lancaster, PA, was very impressive. Salesman didn’t try to over sell. He knew the age of my equipment, something competitors didn’t. The final price was great. The guys installing were quick, professional, and friendly. Cannot recommend highly enough!
Charged an extra $2000 on our credit card without consent after bill was paid in full. Still waiting for management to call back. That's just one issue out of others.
