I signed up with this company during the last week of December 2025 because they promised to help optimize my Google Local Services Ads (LSA) and told me I could expect at least 2–3 calls per day once everything was set up correctly. I did everything they asked me to do. I increased my budgets, changed my account settings, followed all of their recommendations, and trusted their process. I'm the owner of Bella Concepts Remodeling. I have been working with Topline Growth for over 10 months. I have had numerous meetings over the phone as well as in person with the owner. After numerous attempts to help fix what they destroyed, my company that I have built from the ground up over the past 15 years has now been impacted severely. If I could rate this a negative 5 stars I would. They absolutely trashed our website and after repeatedly asking them to update things or switch our keywords they did not do so. Our current photos are currently scattered, wrongfully placed on the wrong pages as well as blown up and you can hardly tell what the pictures are. We now go days without form submissions when we used to have dozens. Extremely disappointed. We've been working with this company for over 10 months, we went from using our own website and getting 10+ form submission a week, to trusting this company to "revamp" ours and we now get 1-4 form submissions, half of which are bots or someone asking for a service we don't provide. Forrest even came out to speak with us on numerous occasions to try and get this fixed and did not change a single aspect of the website or change anything that we spoke about during the meeting.
