I was referred to Mr. Topliff by a friend and was highly disappointed. He and his office are old school. Contract was sent in the mail. I had to call his office to ask where I could email the signed and scanned contract. After two weeks, no one got back to me to set up an appointment. I finally had to send them an email and was set up an appointment a couple of days later.
