Contracted TOPLA Inc. to replace gutters and change out screws for pool screen. Smooth talkers..... lacked experienced workers, and work was riddled with errors. Work was not performed to industry standards according to manufacture of seamless gutters, manufacturer of Nylo-Tec fasteners in Naples, Florida and Advanced Seamless Gutters in North Fort Myers.
