Working here was one of the most disappointing professional experiences I’ve ever had. At first, I was made to feel like part of a “family,” but that illusion quickly faded. The reality is that the boss, Paula, will manipulate you into working your absolute hardest while giving you minimal return or reward. She never once discussed raises, never acknowledged growth, and only ever mentioned commission after being asked repeatedly. Lack of professionalism & business etiquette. This stems from the following: - Lack of education in a child care related field. - Not having the skillset of an active listener. - Understanding empathy. - Being able analyze data & feedback (analyze customer/ client feedback to identify gaps) Training needs to be implemented for Management & staff to incorporate enhanced communication & transparency. I enrolled my 5-year-old in TopKick’s summer camp after hearing great things from friends, but our experience was deeply upsetting. On my child’s first day I encountered unfathomable unprofessionalism by a TopKick staff member. My five year old was also left unattended near the building’s primary entry and exit points. I reported these events to management and still have not received acknowledgement of my concerns or an apology. My daughter started taking the Tiger TKD class a year ago and I have seen her confidence, strength, and respect grow exponentially! It has been one of the best things we have done for her mental and physical well being. Everyone at Top Kick is so wonderful and we are so happy to be part of their TKD family!

I don’t even know where to begin. My family and I absolutely LOVE TopKick! We enrolled our kindergarten son in the afterschool program and our experience has been phenomenal! Not only does my som love going, he’s learning so much! He’s so confident, loves the martial arts training, obstacle courses, games and has so many friends.
