Highly DO NOT recommend. Management and employees are very Unprofessional and not trained to work with the public. When ask to show in writing the rules and regulations we were told to leave or Management would call police on us. Paid for 120 minutes of jump time but only used 20 minutes. Not handicap accessible on the inside.
Worst trampoline Park in East TN. Took my son for his 12th Bday and 4 friends, 2 toddlers. Managers were very very rude, they were extremely too strict for as small of a place as it is. Had to get police involved to view footage and catch the theif whom stole from one of my kids I brought with me. This place needs to be shutdown or it needs a new owner and all new staff!! We will never ever be there again or recommend this place to anyone. Needs shutdown, owner needs to address staf and issues or they are the problem!!
We came to enjoy a family fun day. We left highly disappointed. Please read the reviews on Facebook before going here. The staff is unprofessional. The manager (one of them) made the call to have another employee jerk my son off the big kids trampoline. I was trying to get to him because of there strict rules he wasn’t able to jump with his brother. The employee asked my son if his parents were around. Did not let me or my family climb due to our religious non removable cloth bracelets. Limited our play and experience. Asked to see if its a possibility and they did not care for religious reasons of having them. Worst and ONLY trampoline place I've been to where religious accommodations were neglected. Will be submitting a civil suit. Will not recommend this place
