If you found this salon on TikTok and are thinking of booking with Helen don’t bother. I arrived for my scheduled appointment and was left waiting 30 minutes with poor communication. Helen never showed up, and when I asked about it, the response was dismissive and rude. On top of that, the salon itself felt dirty and unhygienic, which was really disappointing and uncomfortable. I ended up walking out.Overall, very unprofessional experience. I wouldn’t recommend booking here.
I wanted my hair in the front longer and they completely ignored me and maded it really short and the price for the haircut was crazy!
