We’re a German production company and had a flawless experience from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and professional at the highest level. The team was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating — communication was easy throughout. All equipment was in excellent condition and performed perfectly on set. Love the customer service, they're very understanding team. Hired gear from here in June and have consistently been hiring since. I don't think I'll be hiring from anywhere else. Jeri is lovely to deal with as I'm sure with the other team members as well including Morris. Love that he checks returned gear on the spot so it gives me a peace of mind when I leave. Highly recommend if you're looking to hire gear for your work/project.
