My mother recently passed away and one of my husband’s colleagues was kind enough to send us a lovely bouquet from Topiary 219. Not only was the arrangement beautiful but Paige, the woman who came to deliver them, saw that another bouquet (from a different Florist) had been delivered to my home and were sitting out in the sun. Really good selection of flowers and affordable prices!
Every arrangement I've received from Topiary 219 has been gorgeous, fresh, and long lasting. My daughter is an employee and occasionally she brings me "dead" flowers from the shop--flowers about to be tossed. Even the "dead" ones are gorgeous and last at least a week, proving how conscientious the staff is about the quality of their blooms.
I ordered sympathy flowers by phone and was told they could be delivered the same day. The staff member I spoke with was pleasant, and I selected the designer’s choice arrangement. While the delivery was timely, I felt the quality and presentation of the flowers did not match the price. The arrangements start at $75 plus tax and delivery, and overall the final product did not meet my expectations.
Thank you for replying so promptly and honestly. I’ve adjusted my rating. ———- Don’t order flowers from here VIA FTD. It’s been a disaster. Not only was the order drastically and incorrectly prepared ..missing flowers, some partially wilted, the wrong vase. when we tried to get the bill adjusted to the proper amount FTD double billed us. Maybe Topiary is adequate for large groups but …for an individual who’s trying to make his wife smile on their 30th anniversary ….a huge disappointment.
