Terrible customer service. I call about getting my brakes and rotors done, got a quote and everything. The lady on the phone said it would be fine if I came in that day. So I did, only to get there and they tell me they need to order the parts. Ok cool, they tell me they should be in that day or the next day at the latest, either way they’d give me a call when it came in.
