I did a job for this doggie company Peter Peng and spent time and money on it and sent them the completed technical report for the project at 52 Boundary Rd. After a while I think their client cancelled this job with them and Topgan did not pay me for the job I have already done for them. My job payment was $2145 and it did not worth it to hire a lawyer to take them to the court( however it was my fault to trust them) I am writing this review to let other people know who they are and stay away from them.
