I would give a 0 star if possible. We paid them $800 4 months ago and still do not have the slips we reordered from them. They keep telling my team they are shipping them out, but they never do. No excuse. They do not answer the phone, and their emails do not tell the truth.
If your needs are quality healthcare forms, this is the company you need to work with. Excellent customer service as well as same day shipping on any stock items. The staff here is always helpful and willing to service all of your medical and dental forms requirements. I highly recommend this company!
