Extremely expensive. Nearly every single meeting we were meeting a new account manager ( always in training). Pro is that they did a good job on our website. Con: not very creative for the artistic brand they didn't understand. Lots of work was delayed as staff was changing or on long vacations. Lots of useless jargon during meetings and zero tangible results .
