Dr. Topf is easy to talk to and does seem to generally care. It's likely why she has these other cancellations as she does likely run long on some patients that need help.

Really unreliable a slug would be better than this Dr.
She is my “court appointed” psychologist for custody. Cancelled on me over 10 times in a row within 1 hr of appointment. Told opposing counsel that I was going to turn her in to the state.little does she know I recorded the entire appointment! Look up her license on NE department of health and human service..her license was suspended for substance abuse! Couldn’t even use mouth wash! Don’t trust her! recorded all reasons for cancelled appointments. I will turn her over to the board!
Three appointments in a row cancelled within an hour of the actual appointments. Never received a call back from the receptionist after the third cancellation. Surprised they’re still in business. Extremely unprofessional.
She is next to impossible to make an appointment with and when you get one she herself doesn't show up to the appointment. This didn't happen to me once, but three times. And, I had no choice but to use her as she was court ordered. Her recommendations will coincide with whoever is paying her bill so if you are on the other side you MUST get another opinion to get a neutral opinion. She has more problems than the people she is providing therapy to.
