A couple weeks back I found myself on the east side of Cambridge with a car that decided it didn't want to go straight anymore. I was able to limp it back into Cambridge but figured that was about it. Called up Topel's to get my car towed to my local mechanic. Braden Burger came to help. Very professional and personable. Had a small issue with a grinding noise on a rear wheel that was resolved quickly and at a fair price. Booking my appointment was very easy online and everyone i was in contact with was extremely helpful and kind.

Highly recommend. Great service and work. Had a flat tire nor repairable. They ordered new tires and gave me a loaner car. Very happy with their work and provided excellent customer service.

Topel's is very convenient to our home so I can even walk home when dropping off my Honda. The 26 year old car was getting quite noisy when driving and I beleived it was related tonthe wheel bearing noise they had noted a while back! While the repair ended up being pretty expensive due to the front wheel bearings being pressed on the noise is completely gone now and it's can hear myself thinking when driving again. Having the alignment machine there made for a quicker return once they got the parts. They have always been up ... read more
