These guys were literally the rescue crew after the company I paid for to do the home inspection bailed on the roof of the home we were purchasing saying the roof is too high and they didn’t any a safe way to go up. Guess they didn’t hear about drones :/. Anyway TopDown came on a very last minute request and were able to Do a thorough check of the roof and all the necessary things around it. Great service, great follow up! They took the time to work with me and my insurance agent to assist with covering an area of the roof where the storm had caused significant damage and I had not shown the agent during the initial claim visit.

Our gutter on one side of the house wasn’t draining. We figured it was due to a blockage from a small ball that was thrown up there. I had messaged several other companies but TopDown Roofing was the only prompt response. They scheduled someone to come out and access the problem. As we suspected it was a small ball blocking the downspout. He removed the ball and didn’t even charge us since it was that simple.
