I appreciate the accurate quote from Troy. I also appreciate the work done by Tyler to clear gutters, repair roof shingles, and reinforce the caulking around the vent tubes. Tyler was efficient, and he communicated well, to verify the work was met to my satisfaction.

I rarely do reviews on companies, but this company is so good, I had to. I had two other Roofing comedies look at my damaged roof before I tried TopDown. They looked at the roof with binoculars, and were fairly useless. The owner from TopDown was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He worked with my insurance company to ensure I was covered and did an excellent job with the replacement and repairs. I would highly recommend them.

Troy and Melanie run a tight operation at TopDown. Troy gave me a reasonable quote to trim 2 trees and hauled it off afterwards. Troy came to me as a recommendation, and I recommended him to another. Friendly, efficient, and effective.
