We had Top Down come back in 2023 to lay a tarp over our roof for a leak. We found out only a few weeks ago that the tech they sent in 2023 damaged our roof by nailing the tarp into the roof incorrectly, causing MORE issues to our roof than we originally had. Not to mention, the tarp they put on the roof blew off shortly after they put it on. This issue wasn't discovered by TopDown though. Topdown put a new roof on my daughter’s house and she was very satisfied with their results. When my wife and I needed a new roof, we checked reviews and chose them. They worked very well with our insurance company and installation began. They did an excellent job and cleaned up completely afterwards. Then problems began.
