I ordered a 15' prism pole off their website, paid for over night shipping on a Friday afternoon and didn't receive it til Tuesday afternoon. Not only did it take 4 days to get the item, it was the wrong one to boot. I called and told their online ordering individual what the deal was and he was very helpful and told me he would ship out the pole that day and refund my shipping fee. I was good deal.
