My sister and I had an amazing experience with Sofia! she did an excellent job, and also was so so sweet! they took us as a walk in, which was amazing! we are very impress with our service 💕💕
This was my initial visit. I arrived with a group, and the gentleman at the front desk was quite pleasant. We then proceeded to receive pedicures. The older gentleman who attended to us, whose name I do not recall, was unfortunately rather impolite. He was also quite forceful while attending to my foot, lacking gentleness, and seemed rushed despite our scheduled appointment. Andy was awesome and took her time to make my nails look awesome. I requested multiple colors and she did fantastic and it didn’t take longer than an hour!
I am seeing a lot of negative reviews here, but I couldn't disagree more. I am someone who has struggled for many years with my nails and usually don't like getting them done because I have had so many bad experiences at places in the area. I have been to topcoat about three times now in the past 6 months and have thoroughly enjoyed my experience every time.
