I am seeing a lot of negative reviews here, but I couldn't disagree more. I am someone who has struggled for many years with my nails and usually don't like getting them done because I have had so many bad experiences at places in the area. I have been to topcoat about three times now in the past 6 months and have thoroughly enjoyed my experience every time. First I would like to say that i have been coming here since you opened and have literally followed my nail tech K from another shop, because he is that good! I have ALWAYS been met with respect and the utmost courtesy from everyone! My nails are well taken care of and always look fabulous! I was about to schedule an appointment but decided to look at the reviews first. Upon looking, I noticed that within almost every negative review, the owner would snap back at people and be incredibly rude. I definitely do not want to give this establishment my money, nail care is not cheap. Food for thought.
