I called and spoke with a gentleman on the phone about our countertop needs. He was nice and answered all my questions, but their scheduler was out to lunch, so I left my name, number, and my email so an appointment could be scheduled to measure my existing countertops. Didn’t hear back until a day or two later. I set the appointment within their business hours, which match my own, so I had to take off from work to be available. NO ONE SHOWS UP!!
