Good honest and experienced technician, saved me $350.
Had work done on 3 different occasions. Replaced furnace, water heater and installed gas stove. All work done timely and professionally.
Good installers. Price was very reasonable and they get my new furnace in the next day. Would recommend.
We had no heat in our house for a week and called this company to inspect the issue. Unfortunately the service was incredibly disappointing. The technician came in and provided an incorrect diagnosis, claiming one issue when it was actually the gas valve that needed replacement. Never doing business here again. Unprofessional and so rude. Muhaib made a mistake and misdiagnosed a problem. Then instead of taking ownership, he yelled at me and called me a liar. 1. He told me a gas valve is broken 2. It wasn’t broken. 3. I figured out that it wasn’t broken. He still wanted to charge me for this even though it didn’t need replacing and he can return the gas valve back… Then yelled at me on the phone unprofessionally calling me a liar because I refuse to pay for a mistake he made.
