If you want rural, it’s a nice place to live. There are mostly old retired folks here. Some are nice many are crabby. Many are buying old lots and tearing down, building new. If you don’t like horses and goats probably not for you. Someone said we don’t have EV’s…lol yes we do and quite a few. Unfortunately drugs are still a minor problem but they keep to themselves, police make the rounds and they know what’s going on.
