Fantastic Service. We have patronized other pool companies and been disappointed by their lack of dependability, responsiveness, and timeliness. I called Topaz on a Saturday, (actually connecting with a real person) and was able to secure a Monday morning appointment. Mike appeared precisely on time, adeptly diagnosed our issues, and returned, as promised, 2 days later to complete the work. Mike is honest, works fast, and does a thorough job. I initially contacted him because after months of neglect, my pool had gone dark green. I got estimates and quotes from multiple pool companies in the area, and was told by some that it would take up to a month and hundreds of dollars to get fixed.
