Disappointed - tried to become a client but no response to my message. I just move to this area from MA and was looking for a vet for my dogs - I have several rescue dogs. I had heard some good things about this practice so I left a message 8 days ago and have yet to receive a call back! I understand that perhaps they were busy that day since it was the day after Memorial Day, but 8 days later and still no call? That's unacceptable. I have no interest in using this practice now. Mountainview Animal Hospital is a decent vetinary hospital. My extended family has been using Mountainview for years. For the most part, the staff has been very knowledgeable and helpful. We really enjoyed the doctor who recently left.
A very good veterinary office. We have brought our cats and dogs to Mountainview Animal Hospital for years and have always been happy with the care we have received. The staff are friendly and helpful.
