I am currently experiencing health concerns that led my endocrinologist to recommend a consultation with a hematologist/oncologist following extensive blood work. I had to wait a month and half for an appointment here and after a month I called to ask for my pet scan ahead of time because I got bad cytology results that already showed clear cell carcinoma and they said my appointment was canceled and they didn't know how or why but long story short it added an extra week to before I could be seen from my original appt time. Night and day compared to Rockwall. It’s was calm, peaceful, smooth, and didn’t have to wait more than 10 minutes in the lobby. Much more organized and less chaotic in the lobby. Nurse, Grace, went above and beyond to make my wife feel comfortable, made sure we had questions, and overall safe knowing she’s in good hands during treatment
Went here to get my mapping for radiation, Parker the tech, was amazing and made the experience easy and comfortable.
